2  All hospitals share common problems and goals for patient safety  THA staff was organized and very helpful  Facilitated excellent coaching and content calls  Interaction with peers was very valuable  Experts shared innovative ideas

3  Keeping busy staff focused  MD Champions

4  Celebrate even small wins!  Infection awareness improved  Increased staff focus on central lines  MICU decreased CLABSI by 50% and decreased line days by 500!!!!!!
