5. Practical FBA The behavior support plan team should have a process to develop individual behavior plans for students with mild to moderate behavior problems.

12. Final Steps How will we evaluate our plan?  What are short-term and long-term goals?  What data will be collected?  What are the procedures for collecting data?  Who is responsible?  What is the timeline?  When will the plan be reviewed?  How will the fidelity of the plan be evaluated?
