26. 26 Improved Information System Service Performance Implement Port State Control System, execute 1,084 vessel’s inspection from 2003/1/1 to 2007/7/31, log inspection result by internet web site to be queried and referred by other PA and ask the carrier to fix the defect, enhance the performance and quality for active port state control operation. Implement the BPR for Navigation and Management System (third stage) to simplify 15 application processes, provide maritime user’s application procedure by Internet, the user can query the application status any time, and the result of application will send to the user automatically by e- mail.
