4 Bell Ringer Have you ever had a disagreement with a friend or family member? What did you do to try to make peace with this person? Did your actions work? Did you have to compromise with this person in order to make everyone happy? In your notebook or on a piece of paper, take five minutes and SILENTLY write your experience. THIS WILL BE COLLECTED FOR POINTS!

8 The Continental Congress You have been given an article on the Continental Congress as well as a graphic organizer paper. Please do not write one these two papers. Copy the graphic organizer into your interactive portfolio. You will have 15 minutes to complete this reading and graphic organizer.

Explain.
