3 Mission The CCG is driven by the desire to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in Brighton and Hove. We are proud to live and work in such a vibrant and diverse city and will strive to ensure that the needs of all our communities, particularly those who are most vulnerable are well served.

4 Values We will: Serve local people, patients and GP practices Ensure the values of the NHS constitution runs throughout everything we do Help to create a healthier, happier city where patients, communities and our staff are proud of their local NHS Ensure our patients and public are fully involved in their healthcare and the decisions of the CCG Put patients at the centre of everything we do Ensure that quality healthcare is at the core of our practice and our dealings with providers Work with General Practice and lead the local NHS
