7 Pairwise Ranking A participatory method used for prioritizing or ranking lists prepared by communities. Common examples are lists of problems, needs, crops, coping strategies. It not only gives us a quantitative data (rank or number of votes), but also provides analytical insights; i.e. explains preferences and ranks.
