3 Prison Based Treatment Programs  5 A&D Programs (some with co-occurring disorder)  500 Treatment Slots  Must be assessed with High A&D need  6 Months inpatient

9 Was there a Cost-Benefit of the Program? Cost Benefit Analysis Cost of Reentry Per Participant= $3,419 Crime-Related Costs Avoided Per Participant= $23,019 Benefit to Cost Ratio= $6.73
