Main Conflict (Inciting Incident) is presented

7. 3. Inciting Incident This usually occurs at the end of The Exposition
This is the event that causes the Protagonist to set goal(s) and leads to all future events in the plot

8. 4. Rising Action
This part of the story begins to develop the conflict(s)
A building of interest or suspense occurs

Usually the main character faces the main conflict
The main character will change in some way
