7 Human Ressource Development  Erasmus Staff Mobility became part of the Human Ressource Development Programme  Language Training Programmes for all levels and staff groups (researchers and administrative staff)  English for German Staff  German for International Staff  Language Coaching for specific demands 7

8 Activities on Campus  Erasmus Staff Weeks at the University of Bremen (in cooperation with other HEI in Bremen)  Allows staff on campus to participate in an international workshop  Attempt to integrate different working units in the programme

9 Activities on Campus  International Day/Open Campus  to demonstrate the diversity on campus  Bilingual signs
