5. ASSESSING THE NEW CURRICULUM In your books you have the expectations for the year group. 8. ENGLISH - READING Can not stress the importance of reading Year 2 – assessment Reading 90 words per minute, fluently, blending if needed but quickly Year 6 – assessment Reading fluently, with correct intonation naturally that shows understanding

9. FOUNDATION SUBJECTS PE – Indoor and Outdoor PE (outdoor PE kit) Year 3 – Royal Ballet, swimming Computing – Coding Specialist Art and Music teachers, Year 3 French teacher Additionally RE and PSHCE Rest through IPC – strong emphasis on History
