8 Not sure if you ordered a yearbook? Check with Mrs. Skocypec in the bookstore. A limited number of books will be for sale in the bookstore for $80. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. Yearbooks will be sold in the bookstore before school (6:30-7:20), during lunches, and after school. Once the books are sold out, you won’t be able to get one. First come, first served! Other items will be for sale: Book Covers: $3 Autograph inserts: $2 Sharpies: $2 You can pick up your PRE-ORDERED YEARBOOK before or after school in room F214. Monday, May 16th Before school: 6:50-7:20 After school 2:15-3:00 Tuesday, May 17 th & Wednesday, May 18 th Before School: 6:50-7:20 ID required to pick up your own book, you cannot have someone pick up a yearbook for you.

10 DUAL ENROLLMENT TUITION ASSISTANCE Applications are now being accepted for the 2016-2017 school year. Priority Deadline: Thursday, May 31, 2016 Applications must be submitted in person or mailed to the CGCC Financial Aid Office. 14 Future Health Leaders Camp 2016! Who should apply? All interested incoming sophomores to seniors What is FHL camp? A week long residential summer camp for high school students interested in health careers to experience learning and fun in a college environment When is FHL camp? June 12 – June 18th, 2016 Where is FHL camp? University of Arizona – Tucson, AZ How Much is FHL camp? $25.00 if you are accepted for camp – housing, meals and cost of activities are all paid in full by your local Arizona Area Health Education Center! Applications must be submitted by May 1, 2016

15 LATE BUS PASSES See Mrs. Lindvig in the front office for a Late Bus Pass. Late Buss passes are for students attending tutoring or after school club activities only. Passes require a signature from that particular teacher. A new pass is required each day. You must have a signed pass to ride the Late Bus.
