If my People;

Throughout the biblical narrative The Father has dealt with His creation predominantly through a cooperative relationship. Deuteronomy 30:15 God is faithful to reveal His will and then makes it clear how we are to participate. Jeremiah 29:13 Our responsibility is crucial! Deuteronomy 30:17, John 3:36

The dedication of the temple: 2 Chronicles 6 Solomon is reminding God of His promises. He recognizes God in His greatness. Confesses before God our responsibility. 2 Chron6:36 God our Father is FAITHFUL!

“I have heard your prayer and have chosen this Temple as the place for making sacrifices. 13 At times I might shut up the heavens so that no rain falls, or command grasshoppers to devour your crops, or send plagues among you. 14 Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. 15 My eyes will be open and my ears attentive to every prayer made in this place. 16 For I have chosen this Temple and set it apart to be holy—a place where my name will be honored forever. I will always watch over it, for it is dear to my heart. 2 Chronicles 7:14

I have heard your prayers. Why? If I send judgement: You must respond rightly.

ICHABOD

It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? 8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons. 9 Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live? Hebrews 12:7-9

My people called by My name. Humble themselves Pray Seek My face Turn from their wicked ways

You are no longer slaves but friends. John 15:15
