Promotions is based on total of number of loans closed, both personal and total team building production, each promotion you earn allows you to generate additonal income through infinity overrides thru all levels. To calculate your infinity overrides, simply subtract their level from yours, for example, a National Manager overridesa direct Account Executive at 42 % direct Branch Managers team al 8% and direct Regional Managers team at 4%. In additon, ther are 13% generation overrrides from 1 st thru 6 th generation. To calculate the total overrides, simply add the infinity overrides thru all levels and generation overrides thru 6 th generations. Personal Commissions Examples Account Executive 30 % $ 1,200.00 Branch Manager 64 % $ 2,560.00 Executive vice Presiden 80 % $ 3.200.00 Builder Commissions Example You have earned Branch Manager contract and close 2 loans a month personally..
