4. Romans 6:23 The wages of sin is death… Cornelius was a moral man who needed salvation.  Acts 10:1-6, 11:13-14 We must obey the gospel.  2 Thessalonians 1:7-9 Sinners need salvation.

5.  Ephesians 2:8-10  Titus 3:4-5  Philippians 3:8-9  2 Timothy 1:8-10 The moral man outside of Christ is trying to be saved by works.

6.  Romans 1:5 through whom we have received grace and apostleship to bring about the obedience of faith for the sake of his name among all the nations, ESV  Romans 16:25-26 25 Now to him who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery that was kept secret for long ages 26 but has now been disclosed and through the prophetic writings has been made known to all nations, according to the command of the eternal God, to bring about the obedience of faith— ESV We must be obedient to God.

7. Is against Christ when not obedient.  Matthew 12:30 He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad. Is a bad example.  Ephesians 6:4, 1 Timothy 4:12 The moral man outside of Christ
