4. ATTENTION ALL FORENSICS STUDENTS: If you are interested in participating in the PHSSL Qualifiers this week, please respond to the survey as soon as possible. Your responses are due by 2:30 on Wednesday.

5. Class Color Dress Down Wednesday, February 24 th Cost $3 – proceeds are used for hall decorating for Spirit Week! Freshmen - Green Sophomores - Purple Juniors - Red Seniors - Blue

6. The science fiction and fantasy club will be meeting Thursday February 25th after school in Ms. Day’s room. This week we will make our own Dungeons and Dragons characters. As always, there will be food.

7. Any student who wishes to try out for the Oakland Catholic Track Team must attend the Track team meeting this Thursday, Feb. 25 at 2:35 in the Lecture Hall.

8. Are you interested in joining the Ultimate Frisbee team? If you are, there will be an informational meeting this Thursday, February 25th, in Mr. Patrizio’s room, room 103, after school. If you have any questions, please contact juniors Kat Daigle or Caroline Albacete.

9. OC Rowing Team  Join us for a Learn to Row event held at the school from 4:30-6:00 pm on Wednesday, February 24 th  No experience necessary!  Girls of all grades are welcome  If you have any questions, please contact Vanessa Vogel

10. Are you looking to compete on a national level with some of the best high school athletes in the country? Do you want to be on the fastest rowing team in Pittsburgh? If so, check out the OC Rowing team on Wednesday February 24th from 4:30 to 6:00 pm in the Aux Gym. Join the team for a fun workout and learn what it's like to be an OC Rower. No experience necessary and girls of all grades are welcome to join!

11. MAPS and Campus Ministry are sponsoring a children's book drive. Please join us in collecting our gently used children's books to donate to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. The drive will run from February 22nd through March 4th. There will be collection boxes located outside of the Guidance Office. Each box will be marked with a grade number so be sure to place your donation in your classes box. The class with most books will win spirit points. Let's go ladies! Let's donate as many books as possible!

12. There will be two meetings to assign articles for the next issue of the Eagle Eye. Meeting One: Wednesday, Feb. 24 during the first CCW session in room 205. Meeting Two: Thursday, Feb. 25 immediately after school in room 205. Interested writers only need to attend one of the meetings. New writers are always welcome. Please see Mr. Finnegan with any questions.

13. Congratulations, Caroline Bain Caroline committed to play for Robert Morris University on a full Volleyball scholarship.

14. Congratulations to Olivia Rowe and Lauren Finikiotis who qualified for the state championship indoor track meet next weekend in State College. Olivia is seeded 11th in the hurdles and 6th in the triple jump. Lauren is seeded 14th in the mile.
