10. People Group Outcomes – Phase 2 Support people who wish to, to move back to Warwickshire. To undertake assessment of people who wish to move into supported living in the area they reside. To provide support to others who need further social work support.

11. People Group Progress 75 customers have been reviewed. Work on reviews began in late November 2013, and were completed by the end of May 2014. 5 people want to move back, and 19 others are being offered the choice too, by showing them the new Extra Care Housing Schemes.

12. People Group Progress Monthly Steering groups are held involving all interested parties Discussions with new providers are being held to bring more specialist services into Warwickshire.
