2 History Portugal has an ancient tradition in wine making. Its very different weather and soil conditions made possible the creation of several distinctive wines in a small territory. Enoport Group unified some of the oldest and well known Portuguese wine companies, Caves Velhas, Caves Dom Teodósio, Adegas Camillo Alves, Cavipor and Caves Moura Basto, all with recognition in national and foreign markets. Joining the experience with the newest management and technology techniques, new companies were created, based on three major core business areas - Agriculture/Tourism, Production and Distribution - each aiming excellency and the commitment to the high standards demanded by a global market. 3 Single estates The Group owns 10 single estates spread through the several Portuguese regions with more than 500 ha of land and 4 vinification centres. From those we point out “Quinta da Devesa” in Vinho Verde region, “Quinta Beirã” in Dão, “Quinta de São João Batista” in Ribatejo, “Quinta do Boição” in Bucelas and “Herdade de Machede” in Alentejo. From grapes grown in these estates the Group gives birth to its finest nectars.

4 About us Quality standards Enoport Group aims to achieve the highest quality levels. Its production facilities hold quality certifications, having Quality Control procedures from grape to shipping assuring the product reaches the market in perfect conditions. Enoport - Produção de Bebidas, rules by HACCP method and is certified by NP EN ISO 9001: 2000 and by BRC GLOBAL STANDART (Bristish Retail Consortium) maximum level. Cavipor - Produção de Bebidas is certified by NP EN ISO 9001: 2000 and NP EN ISO 22000:2005. Environmental concerns are also present in daily activities and include gas emission control and recycling.

5 About us Portfolio From the merger of different wine companies, Enoport Group is privileged to have a wide range of brands from all the Portuguese wine regions. In Enoport you can find a wine for every occasion and recently we segmented our portfolio in different ranges to make customer’s choice easier and in accordance to their needs. The ranges are Single Estate wines, very limited editions; Prestige wines, high class for special moments; Signature wines, safe choices for special daily moments; Casual wines, informal for daily routine and relaxing moments. A range of Sparkling wines and Spirits is also available, as well as, for special market needs exclusive own brands and customers own brands from D.O.C. to table wines.

7 The brand Vinhas Altas comes from the vinhos verdes region from the different vineyards of Enoport in this area (in the map bellow the localization).

8 About vinhos verdes region: The Vinho Verde is unique in the world. A naturally light and fresh wine, produced in the Vinho Verde Region in northwest Portugal, a coastal region geographically well placed for the production of excellent white wines. Cradle of charismatic Alvarinho varietal and producer of blended wines unique, the Vinho Verde Region in 2008 celebrated the centenary of its demarcation. The designation of Verde is related to soil and climatic characteristics of the region, where the wines produced have a higher concentration of malic acid that is common to find in other regions of Portugal. The resulting is wines light, fresh and aromatic. From the properties the company has in this region we stand out "Quinta da Devesa". VINHAS ALTAS

9 About “Quinta da Devesa” The «Quinta da Devesa» is a reference in the entire Vinho Verde region for the excellence of its 16 ha of vineyard carefully treated and being considered one of the best regions due to its characteristics and respect for the surrounding environment. In 2006, it obtained the Silver Medal in the «Best vineyard of the Region» competition promoted by the «Comissão de Viticultura da Região dos Vinhos Verdes» (CVRVV – Vinhos Verdes Region Viticulture Commission). Soils are litholic and humid and the vineyards have a sun exposure facing mainly east. The varietals planted are Azal (70%), Pedernã (15%) and Loureiro (15%) with an average age of 20 years old and the vineyard is planted in trellises. The winemaking process takes place in the traditional winery located in the wine estate. VINHAS ALTAS

10 ARINTO One of Portugal’s oldest indigenous varieties, with a long tradition in Bucelas belonging in Lisboa region, it has now spread to most wine regions given its adaptability to different terrains and climates. Arinto, known as Pedernã in Vinho Verde, holds good acidity as one of its key features combined with structure and a velvety feel. Its aroma is relatively discreet, whose strongest notes are mineral, with green apple and lemon. Arinto yields wines that evolve very well in bottle, acquiring elegance and complexity. 11 LOUREIRO Grown mainly in the Alto Minho, is a varietal with a long history and is partly responsibility in recent decades, from the assertion of white vinho verde. Aromatically exuberant, there are those who considerer, alongside the Muscat, the most fragrant of Portuguese grapes, suggesting laurel (hence the name), linden, acacia, orange and peach. As with the Alvarinho, Loureiro is a great variety of typicality, also used in single varietal wines. Its exceptional aromatic qualities have produced with other grapes in the region, some of the best white wines in Portugal. GRAPES VINHAS ALTAS
