4 You can receive childcare vouchers of up to £55 a week (or £243 a month) from your employer, depending on your earnings. Broadly speaking basic-rate taxpayers can receive up to £243 a month higher-rate taxpayers can receive up to £124 a month and additional-rate taxpayers can receive up to £110 a month

9 UCL Work/Life Balance Policy UCL acknowledges that staff are most productive when they have a work/life balance. Flexibility in working arrangements that enables staff to work from locations other than UCL and/or at times other than the standard working week can help staff achieve this.

11 Parental leave ChildEntitlement For each child18 weeks up to their 5th birthday For each adopted child 18 weeks up to their 18th birthday or 5th anniversary of their adoption, whichever comes first For each child who qualifies for Disability Living Allowance 18 weeks up to their 18th birthday

14 Paternity/Partners Leave The mother’s partner can take paid leave of up to 20 working days – 4 working weeks.
