2. Lehane Introduction - I am originally from Warner Robins Georgia, married with two children. One professional goal is to finish my MA degree and continue forward with my education. This MA program has helped me in many ways, most notably with building lesson plans. I am still learning to hone these skills everyday. This is an area that I will continually work to improve upon. I am currently in the military, but I learned a lot while volunteering at DoD schools overseas. I had the privilege of interacting with experienced teachers while volunteering.

3. Intro Cont’d - One quote that symbolizes my belief about 21 st Century learning is from Kirsten Hammes: “Step out of your comfort zone”(2013, July 1). - I think that the above quote is very far reaching in many aspects of life in and outside of the classroom.

6. Winter in Minot, ND - This was a picture taken last December while we were station in Minot, North Dakota. Winters were harsh to say the least.
