3 Thinking things forward  Each of the following slides contains a scenario.  For each one, decide what you think will happen…  …bearing in mind that there are several answers to each scenario.  There is also a spelling mistake on each slide. Can you find it?

4  Peter has just recieved a credit card bill. He can’t afford to pay it. What happens next?

5  Muhammad works in a sweetshop for Primark. What will happen to him this evening?

6  Jay needs a new jumper but knows that this one was made by someone who dyed in the factory. What should he do?

7 It’s sticker time!  In groups of four, you need to pick up some paper and a sheet of stickers.  Take the top left sticker, stick it down, and discuss what you should write at the end of it.  Then take the next sticker in the row etc until you have run out of stickers.  For example:

8  Boycotting something means refusing to buy it so that...  …the company who makes it know that you don’t like what they are doing  …you feel good because you’re not supporting something bad  …you have to think about where things come from  …companies have to change the things they do  There are lots of possible answers for each statement – decide amongst yourselves which you think is the best one
