3 LSN – the current offer  Diploma support programme - WBP can access if they are part of a Consortium  Train to Gain - aimed at colleges and WBP. We had a 50/50 participation from WBP in Year 1 which has dropped to 25% this year ( capacity to engage is a major problem )  Subject Learning Coaches - 7 WBL providers that have been part of the ARP – 5 reports, summary their project, the whole report and access to resources developed http://www.jhardie.com/qia/content/provisions/ work.html

4 Train to Gain  We have case studies on the website www.qiaemployerled.org.uk: 2 are currently focused on WB providers but there are a further 12 in development that will be on the website by the end of August. www.qiaemployerled.org.uk  We have delivered 44 whole organisation consultancies to WB providers in Year 2 (to develop strategy and procedures for employer responsiveness and prepare for Part A TQS)  Involvement in workshop activity including SfLin employer facing provision, Developing an effectiveTNA, IAG within TtG, Sales Skills and Strategic Marketing and Sales

5 Train to Gain  Improvement Projects (structured activity over 9 months contextualised to provider context)  Supporting achievement of Part B - Work with Sector Skills Council - working in partnership with a number of SSCs to develop guidance materials for providers in their sector to develop and prepare for achieving the Training Quality Standard Part B Certification of Excellence in their sectors.  In each sector a small group of providers, including WBL providers, have been consulted to give detailed feedback on the draft materials
