Group Limited was incorporated in the Republic of Kenya on the 1 st day of October 2001 under certificate of incorporation number C 95759 with a mission to offer quality driven cost effective services and with a vision of becoming the security company of choice through a customer care culture directed towards total customer satisfaction and peace of mind. From inception we have grown to boast a workforce of over 500 guards and enjoy ever increasing prospects for a brighter future.

Our company has evolved and developed and today enjoys a fair share of the market in the regions where it operates and we continue to be driven by a commitment to personalized services and the human based approach, innovation and introduction of new products, incorporation of input from our clients in our product design and offering supplementary support such as using our experience and contacts to facilitate police response and assistance to our clientele when it is required. As a fully registered and accredited member of the Protective Security Industry Association we have endeavored to bring tailored security products to the market that are backed by thorough research, security surveys and intelligence generated through input included from our clientele and various government security departments and other members of the association.

5. MANNED SECURITY SERVICES Undercover guards: These are highly trained guards in civilian attire who are assigned in situations of ongoing investigations, to perform surveillance and monitoring duties.

6. Currently we have over 500 guards and over 200 clients. Our guards are deployed in a variety of establishments including residential, industrial and manufacturing, agricultural, commercial, educational institutions, recreational and entertainment. Our guards perform various functions while at their assignments including: Sentry Services: These include gatehouse duties, access control, searching, vetting of visitors, personnel and vehicles at entry points, reception and record keeping among other functions. Patrol services: These guards patrol to deter and to detect crime and prevent unauthorized presence in their assignments.

7. Escort services: These guards escort either clients or their property to a designated destination. They ensure security and safety of their charge. Tally Clerks: These guards basically perform clerical duties. They assist the client to enforce controls in the management of his stock or finished product. Bank Guards: These are guards who are trained to provide guarding services to financial institutions. They are guards who have been with the company for at least five years. They are trained in a variety of skills, including self-defense, use of Chemical Mace, reception, public relations and customer care among others. Female Guards (Guardettes): These are female guards who are employed in situations where there is a large number of female employees or personnel who might need to be physically vetted. Undercover guards: These are highly trained guards in civilian attire who are assigned in situations of ongoing investigations, to perform surveillance and monitoring duties.

We now have a technical team that will be able to provide a wide range of various electronic oriented security services.

11. ELECTRONIC SECURING, SURVEVEILLANCE AND DETECTION EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE We provide Closed Circuit Television including installation and maintenance with recording facility. We also provide hand held metal detectors which can be used by the guard at exits points to detect any concealed weapons.

12. INVESTIGATIONS We have an investigation team which works in close liaison with the local police force. Our investigations usually result from the need to track down the perpetrators of a crime that might have been visited upon one of our clients or the community around us. However sometimes intelligence provided either by our guards, our clients or members of the community enables us to detect and prevent crime and bring to book the criminals responsible. These service is normally provided free of charge to our clients and our success rate here has been one of the reasons for our outstanding growth.
