9 Every thing OFF mode  High voltage power supply is OFF,  Bias power supply is OFF  Heater power supply is OFF  solenoids power supplies are OFF.  Relay ross is in closed position (Grounded).  All modes are deactivated (OFF).  Bias and heater power supplies are powered ON  Fully controlled by the user  Vacuum is OK  Relay ross is down  HV power supply is OFF CLIC workshop 2016 Danish Ali NAWAZ, BE-ABP9 Cathode Conditioning mode High voltage test mode High voltage mode Beam mode High voltage mode Beam mode Heating mode Pre-high voltage mode Heating mode Pre-heating mode Load 1 st run after reset After the 1 st run… Modes and flow chart Load  Relay ross is UP  HV power supply is ON and RSD controlled by user.  HV test mode is pressed  Vacuum OK  Doors are closed and HV is closed  Ground sticks are in proper place  Bias, heater and solenoids power supplies are powered ON but V,I are zero (standby mode).  Heating mode is pressed & vacuum is OK  Load initial voltage and current to all power supplies and bias PS V, I are allowed.  After ‘t’ sec heater and solenoids PS V, I are also allowed.  HV pulser is powered ON and its OUTPUT is OFF  Relay ross is UP  HVPS powered ON  HVPS with V,I are zero (Standby mode)  Heating mode is done  High voltage mode is pressed  Vacuum OK  Doors are closed and HV is closed  Ground sticks are in proper place  Status of bias, heater and solenoid PS ON (ok)  Load voltage ‘A’ (0-999V) to HV pulser and turned ON output, set trigger external.  HVPS V,I are allowed,  vacuum valve is opened.  Set DG645 inhibit  Heating mode is done  High voltage mode is done  Beam mode is pressed  Vacuum OK  Doors are closed and HV is closed  Ground sticks are in proper place  Status of bias, heater, solenoids and HV PS are ON (ok)  Relay Ross is UP Manual control mode  Manual control of all power supplies except HV, relay ross, valve, transformer, pulser when no mode is in operation. There are four main modes Everything OFF mode Heating mode High voltage (HV) mode Beam mode Manual control Two extra modes High voltage test mode Cathode conditioning mode And two hidden modes Pre-heating mode Pre-high voltage (Pre-HV) mode

15 15 Conclusions CLIC workshop 2016 Danish Ali NAWAZ, BE-ABP Design, fabrication and installation of control system is completed and wiring diagram of the control system is available at EDMS 1553134 Local operation of LEETCHI using Siemens IPC477 touch display EDMS 1553500 Safety interlocks and operation are documented and verified from safety group EDMS 155330 Modes are operated using control system and their operation is verified. Upgradation is expected:  Modulator control  High voltage power supply control Full operation of drive beam gun is to be performed during 2016.
