4. Classroom Procedures Students will enter the classroom in a calm manner. Each student is responsible for a choir folder which they along with other material will obtain before class in order to be successful during instruction. When the bell rings students will in place and ready for warm- ups.

5. Classroom Procedures During certain moments of instruction students will be assessed in groups of 3-4. Voice lessons will be given to students who want to participate. Exit risers quietly and return in the same manner. During practice and performances we will enter and walk on risers and exit in a professional manner. Absolutely NO horse-playing will be allowed on the risers.

6. Classroom Procedures Correct posture is very important to sing properly and produce the best sound. Students will go to the restroom before class begins. Students may have permission during class upon discretion of the teacher. Students must be eligible according to UIL “No Pass/No Play” While on school-sponsored trips you are a reflection of the school and the district; BE ON YOUR BEST BEHAVIOR!

7. Classroom Procedures Students will have several opportunities to fund-raise. Each student is encouraged, but not required. The students will be given an opportunity to serve as a student leader and are chosen by the teacher. They will often be given task and should be given respect. Students will exit room in a orderly manner and leave a better musician.
