6 Approach for SA 6 2.Top-down investment through NSOs Capability Investment – SA’s plan to increase workforce $80,000 investment grant for SSI Employment of National Sporting Schools Coordinators (NSSC) on short term contracts who will report to the SA and State & Territory members.  5 NSSCs  NSW/ACT- Sydney based  NT/QLD- Brisbane based  TAS/VIC- Melbourne based (from existing staff)  Sth Aust- Adelaide based (from existing staff)  WA- Perth based (from existing staff) Each state is provided with $4,500 plus expenses, based on a $45,000 pa wage States identified with strategic opportunities have been additional supported further with $4,500 Strategic Opportunities were identified through previous engagements under AASC model.
