The business Challenge The client needed to select candidates to enrol in the annual management training program When making a choice of whom to send for the training opportunity, it was important to choose the most likely candidates to successfully complete the training program. A lot of time, money and effort is put into the training initiative and therefore the client would want to predict with accuracy which candidates would be the best choice. With psychometric assessments we offered a solution to predict and provide insight into the candidates current and potential abilities. 2 The Solution By predicting candidates’ potential, it improves the chances of them successfully completing the management training program.  Understanding what the Management Training program entails.  Identifying the competencies that would be important to succeed in the Management Training program.  Assessing the candidates for their Learning Potential, English Literacy, Personality and Ability.  Providing the client with a management report consisting of a summary of the candidates details; highlighting the candidates that would most likely succeed as well as their developmental areas.  Providing feedback to decision makers by discussing the management report.  Preparing individual reports, adding value to improve their developmental areas.  Providing Individual feedback to further enhance the candidate experience and individual report.
