12 Proposal During the Rugby World Cup (18 th September – 31 st October ) in partnership with the PPA of Scotland, DMD will work with you to tailor make a package to suit your needs and create the all important brand awareness and sampling opportunities A discounted handling/distribution fee will be offered during this period. DMD’s standard charges typically are between 15p and 20p per copy dependant upon volume For this promotional period, the charges applicable for a combined volume across numerous titles are:- Up to 6,000 copies – 14p per copy 6001 – 12,000 copies – 12p per copy 12,001 and over - 10p per copy
