3 Lesson Plan Website Read Write Think –http://www.readwritethink.orghttp://www.readwritethink.org This website has a vast amount of information. For the K-2 teacher you can really hone in on reading skills. There are some great lesson plans to get your students expanding their vocabulary.

Lower elementary kids can get a great idea of birds in their natural environment. This website is an in class field trip!

6 Archival and Primary Source Website National History Education Clearinghouse –http://www.teachinghistory.orghttp://www.teachinghistory.org This website is very user friendly. It can be used for all grade levels and it does a nice job of incorporating history with other subjects such as ELA.

7 Skills/Practice Websites PBS Kids and PBS Kids Lab –http://www.pbskids.orghttp://www.pbskids.org A great site for at home learning. I’ve personally used this with my own children. Games and activities that mask the “education” in it.
