My current level of physical activity everyday (sport), I would have thought that I would have done worse because the fact I am doing squash right now which requires less physical activity then soccer.  Did your results improve? Sit and reach, and vertical jump  What areas would you like to improve upon? Push-ups, beep test and Sit ups   Goal Setting - What are three goals that you want to set for yourself? Goals should be specific and measureable (i.e. I want to improve the number of pushups that I can do from 10 to20).  Goal 1 I want to improve my beep test from 6 to 9  Goal 2 I want to improve in my push-ups and get 40  Goal 3 I want to improve my partial curl ups to 60
