Self-Reflection – This is an opportunity for you to analyze your fitness test results and set goals for yourself for the next reporting period. What factors may have contributed to your results on your fitness test? My current level of physical activity everyday (sport), I would have thought that I would have done worse because the fact I am doing squash right now which requires less physical activity then soccer. Did your results improve? Stay the same? Or lower? What do think contributed to this? My results increased in most aspects because of What are you most proud of about your Fitness Test Results? Sit and reach, and vertical jump What areas would you like to improve upon? Push-ups, beep test and Sit ups Goal Setting - What are three goals that you want to set for yourself? Goals should be specific and measureable (i.e. I want to improve the number of pushups that I can do from 10 to20). Goal 1 I want to improve my beep test from 6 to 9 Goal 2 I want to improve in my push-ups and get 40 Goal 3 I want to improve my partial curl ups to 60
