6. Interactive Slides Although this template has multiple slides, it appears to your viewers when being presented as being one slide with interactive features. You can either just navigate as normal, or use the click feature to jump around in a different order. Each of our interactive slide sets will describe what is clickable. After the last slide in this series, your next slide (outside this group) will show. To use this interactive slide in your PowerPoint, copy the above slides and paste into your existing template. If you are using one of our templates and want to use that background for these slides, follow the below steps: Find a slide that has a background you want to use >> left click on the picture and drag the screen to the side >> Right click the image and choose “Save Background” >> right click the slide (in the left preview panel) and choose “Format Background”. A “format background” screen will open to the right of the slide. To replace image, choose “file” from the insert section to browse your computer for the image you just saved. NOTE: Since we use screens in all our templates, you will want to make sure these match the template you are placing these slides into. Right click in a slide (away from content) then select “Format Shape”, then make sure the color and transparency match the other slides.

8. Image Tips Image Removal & Modifications: Background Images: Many of our slides have background images, which you may want to replace or remove to fit your needs. To modify, right click the slide (in the left preview panel) and choose “format background” from the dropdown menu. A “format background” screen will open to the right of the slide. To replace image, choose “file” from the insert section to browse your computer, or “online” to search the internet. Smaller Images in Content: Simply right click the image and choose the “change picture” option, and it will give you options to browse your computer or search online. Color Transparency Screen: Many slides have colored screen with varying transparency levels to give color to the slide and allow content on slide to be seen better. This is usually placed at the back of the slide, just in front of the background image. To modify color or change transparency, right click in the slide somewhere that does not have text or objects. Then choose ‘format shape” from the dropdown box. You will now see a color selector box and transparency options to the right. Make changes to get the desired results you are looking for. If you want to just remove this screen, choose “cut” from the dropdown menu when you right click it.
