Objectives  Acquisition of knowledge, skills and good practices  Improvement of cooperation between institutions Conditions  Higher Education Institutions with Erasmus University Charter  27 EU member states and Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey  Stay from 5 working days up to 6 weeks  Selection of staff members by the sending institution  The sending and receiving institutions must agree on the training programme prior to the mobility period. http://ec.europa.eu/education/erasmus/training_en.htm
