CORE QUESTION & SUB QUESTION STEPS TO COMPLETIONS  Why is there inequality in education?  Can education ever change the society?  What benefits can people provide for children that cannot receive an education?  How does elimination of drop- outs rates help the economy?  Pick a topic that best-fit you  Think of questions that can help to find information of your topic  Create a thesis statement  Locate information of your that include: 7 Articles, 7 Books, and 1 Interview with someone that strongly know information for your topic.  Come up with recommendations/ solutions to solve this global issue  Cite your websites that you got your evidence from.

 Everywhere in the world, people need to have an education background to have brighter future because they can support their families, have a backup plan, and most important to have knowledge.  Global issue: Throughout the years education has been decreasing because more and more students has been dropping out of school. Also the parents are pushing there children more to have a education.  Social Justice:

 In this picture ¾ of teenagers have not completed middle school and high school because many things are going on at home or around their environment. Most important people need secondary school because that’s when you finally learning the ways to prepare yourself and get ready for any tough object that come at you but you can do it because the things you have to provide for.  As seen in this picture in 17 countries 90% of the young women haven’t completed elementary school in their early age of their lives while growing.  Children doesn’t go to school or can’t go to school because it’s there type of environment that they live in and they can’t get out of it.

 While reading this article, this college professor William Schmidt from Michigan State University (MSU). In his article he was stating that education systems throughout the whole United States that the ultimate test is to make sure that every student compete in today’s society. Don’t matter what their background is; just make sure that every student try there hardest in everything they do. The reason why he stated because he stated “U.S. schools are failing this most basic test, and in the process wasting the talents of millions of American children.”(Professor Schmidt). In this statement he was saying that United States is failing the easies test that can be past but first education systems have to make sure that every student is willing to put up the effort that teachers believe that they can do. Also schools know what kind of talent that each and every student have but they all just putting it to waste because children believe that education is just putting them back and not moving them forward.

In this article by Janet Yellen, she sick and tired about how the America dealing with education systems and how it’s messing up the economy. Janet Yellen was the vice chairman of the board governors of the Federal Reserve System (FRS). In this article she is mostly talking about the cause of inequality in education is because of the children background. When she stated “public education spending is often lower for students in lower-income households than for students in higher- income households.” (Janet Yellen). In her statement she was saying that most children cannot complete an education because what’s going on at home and it’s messing up the children lives when they attend school

 Education is an opportunity for children to use what they learn in school and use it for what they best abilities are. In this article by Greg J. Duncan, he stated that “America has always taken pride in being the land of opportunity, a country in which hard work and sacrifice result in a better life for one’s children.”(Greg J. Duncan). In this quote, the writer was stating that everyone in America should have a chance to do something with their life but when children drop out of school, their opportunity slips away from them and they don’t have a chance to get what they want for life.

 In American drop-out rates, there are a lot of improvements to fixing it but every year is getting better. The person that stated this is the author of the book “The Call to Teach” Matthew Lynch. In his article he was stating that he was researching everything that he wants to know about high school drop-outs and the reasoning for it. But in his researching he found something “In my researching, I discovered that while dropout percentages are much lower today that they were a few decades ago, there is still a lot of room for improvement.” (Matthew Lynch) In this quote the writer was stating that what he found is good but not good enough because there are still students dropping out of school, and they still trying figure out what is the best part to reduce that gap and make every student to make their dreams come true.

 In the matter of two to three years government will need start sending funds to the schools that need it the most because some schools that don’t have any technology for children, which need to research things for their project. The way this can happen is that all people come together to speak up and make their voice heard so it can be a change and make this world different because it’s time for a change.

 Also schools will need to protest against the government so they can help each and every school that are in need because all schools that have the best education have no economic problems that such as, private schools. The only this can work if everyone come as a unit and protest against the government and make sure that the government share with the poor education schools.

 Parents can pay more attention towards their children do in school because all children need help in school but the children is not going tell them so it’s always good to ask your child what they need help in and how they can help them  Children can believe in themselves more so they can get an education and be successful in life. Also children can push themselves so they can prove everyone wrong that put them down
