4 NACC accountable for Kenya’s HIV results To implement a policy and strategic framework for mobilizing and coordinating resources for prevention of HIV transmission and provision of care and support to the infected and affected people of Kenya HIV policy formulation Multi-sectoral Coordination for attainment to results HIV Surveillance (M & E) HIV Advocacy and communication Resource mobilization & alignment NACC is an integral partner of the KCM

County HIV Strategic Plans Development County HIV Plans will facilitate in: A clear understanding of the counties epidemiological, biomedical, social, economic and cultural factors affecting the pattern of the epidemic at county level Counties having prioritized, targeted and costed plans that guide all stakeholders and partners in resource allocation and harmonization of efforts in addressing the HIV epidemic Provide a tool for resource mobilization Provide a tool for tracking progress Target to support the 47 counties to develop and launch CASPs NACC is an integral partner of the KCM

Dissemination of Kenya Fast track plan to end HIV and AIDS among adolescents and young people Targets drawn from the Kenya AIDS Strategic Framework and Kenya HIV prevention road map Strategic national, county and sector specific interventions High impact service delivery interventions Key indicators to be tracked up to 2017 Targets need to be reached in key intervention areas for results to be achieved NACC is an integral partner of the KCM

DHIS2 KEMSA LMIS AIDSInfo Kenya HIV Situation Room Data sources Central database ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) COBPAR; Public Sector User friendly intelligent, extendable, scalable platform One M & E for HIV: Different HIV sub- systems, run by different agencies/units of Govt & Global connected and common view; Utilizable data by non-SI implementing teams & managers NACC is an integral partner of the KCM

16 CONCLUSION : NACC will continue to mobilize resources for : Investments in HIV Prevention Adolescents interventions Stigma and discrimination 90-90-90 with resources for sustainability Human Rights and Gender Financing – domestic resources, strategies Leadership and multi-sector accountability in Government NACC is an integral partner of the KCM

17 We have made much progress globally and in Kenya There is much more commitment and investments required globally A future free of HIV and AIDS start with the end of adolescents AIDS Together we can end AIDS by 2030 NACC is an integral partner of the KCM
