Errors may be from: –Invalid Characters –File Type is not allowed –Permissions to a library –Library is too Large A sync error image overlays the OneDrive for Business menu icon when an error occurs.

OneDrive for Business Sync Issues If you’re having a lot of sync problems, consider running Repair to reset your connections Repair does the following –Disconnects all libraries –Reconnects these libraries –Creates an archive copy of any file that had unsynced changes Why don’t I see the Repair option? –The Repair command appears in the OneDrive for Business menu only if you're experiencing sync errors

Syncing SharePoint Libraries Sync SharePoint Team Site Libraries with OneDrive for Business –Work with files in these libraries directly in File Explorer –Access files when offline –Automatically sync when computer comes back online OneDrive for Business sync app must be installed in order to sync libraries
