17. W HAT DOES A WISE PERSON LOOK LIKE ? The wise are careful how they walk. A wise person cares about how they live, they care about how they behave; they care about what their life is like, what their relationships are like, what they do in this life.

18. W HAT DOES A WISE PERSON LOOK LIKE ? The wise are careful how they walk. The wise person wants to be certain that the way they are living is in accordance with God’s will.

19. W HAT DOES A WISE PERSON LOOK LIKE ? The wise make the most of their time. “… Redeeming the time, because the days are evil” (5:16)

20. W HAT DOES A WISE PERSON LOOK LIKE ? The wise make the most of their time. Spiritually wise people are realists: the days are evil and we live in a fallen world.

29. W HAT DOES A WISE PERSON LOOK LIKE ? The wise understand and do the will of God. There are some things we can only learn about the will of God as our belief in His truth is tested in the crucible of life.
