Capturing call activities and information Once, the Prospect or Client information is saved, the information can be called up for automatic association to call activity records. Call subject and notes on the call activity can be customized. The call activity is saved to the associated Prospect or Client Record.

In this case “Contact Form” has been added to the Lead Source field picklist so that it can automatically be entered.

33 Once the email is sent, the activity record will be available on the recipient record. Use the number of opens to track campaign success.

34 ©2014 Vantage Unified Communications.™ All rights reserved. Sending a Broadcast SMS To sent a Broadcast SMS message, select recipient from the campaign, or leave selection blank to send to all records in the Prospect or Client section of the campaign. Select the send SMS button.

35 ©2014 Vantage Unified Communications.™ All rights reserved. Construct SMS Message Create SMS Message in the compose window. The window allows the user to enter up to 1600 characters that will be chunked in 160 character messages. It is suggested the message not exceed 160 characters.

The activity is also saved as a record on the recipient’s record within CRM. Metrics on prospect conversion and Opportunity/Monetary success of the campaign can be tracked via the campaign page.
