Many nasty accidents can occur if we do not think before we act: a stone that is thrown in anger or a stick waved without thought can do a lot of damage and result in someone getting hurt.

Do not tell lies about other people.
Do not be jealous of other people’s things.

17. A Time for Reflection
We are going to think about the importance of the rules we have in our school and in the games we play and how we live our lives.
We think about how important it is to obey rules so that we can all live, work and play together safely and happily.

18. Dear Lord,
Please help us to follow the rules that we have in our school. Help us to lead peaceful lives and to help others to be happy too.
Help us to think about the rules that we have thought about today and to think how they may be useful in our own lives.
