3 Business Concept:- The idea struck us when we faced problems in finding a responsible staff 3 years ago. The Uniqueness in our idea is that we focus on teaching practically unlike other institutes who focus in theoretical knowledge. But the truth is a when a client books through a Travel Agent they never ask their Educational or Professional qualification, they only need the Result. And we only teach the students how they can provide the result. Business Concept

4  A proper place will be hired with an appropriate environment keeping in mind the safety, hygiene and various other necessary points for the students.  The revenue will be the fees paid by the candidates who will join our Institution.  It is a One year Course where students will pay Rs. 100000/- for the course to our Institution.

5  Our company will operate in the Education market.  The market is huge as most of the people in our country are interested to get educated and lead a better life. It’s growing every moment.  Our competitors are the other institutes who offer a travel course in a theoretical way.  The factor giving us an advantage is we offer to teach with a more practical approach which is unheard of in other institutes and disadvantages are that we are totally new and still are in need of funds.  The obstacles we face during the entry are:- 1. We have not received any sort of monetary help yet 2. We are starting our business with a new idea which will be difficult to get accepted at first  We do not plan on exiting this industry anytime soon  The risk factor will be getting students who are willing to learn and if they are not able to apply our knowledge in a correct way which will then affect our reputation

Syllabus: 1 st & 2 nd Month: Destination Knowledge of Rajasthan & Kashmir, how to design itinerary, costing, Hotel negotiation, proposal sending, Educational Trip 3 rd & 4 th Month: Destination Knowledge of Ladakh & Himachal, how to design itinerary, costing, Hotel negotiation, proposal sending, Educational Trip 5 th & 6 th Month: Destination Knowledge of Uttaranchal & Darjeeling-Gangtok, how to design itinerary, costing, Hotel negotiation, proposal sending, Educational Trip 6 th & 7 th Month: Destination Knowledge of North East, how to design itinerary, costing, Hotel negotiation, proposal sending, Educational Trip 7 th & 8 th Month: Destination Knowledge Kerala & Karnataka, how to design itinerary, costing, Hotel negotiation, proposal sending, Educational Trip 9 th & 10 th Month: Destination Knowledge of Gujarat, how to design itinerary, costing, Hotel negotiation, proposal sending, Educational Trip 11 th Month: Give them complete query to do designing itinerary, costing, proposal sending, confirming the client, tour operation, getting feedback at the end of tour. 12 th Month: To rectify their mistakes and Final exam.
