4. «FINANCIER» Industry – Biotechnology (biodynamic); Region – Yavoriv district, Lviv region, Ukraine Brief description of the project – the project provides construction of a plant and loading stations that will specialize in recycling of organic and inorganic wastes and production of organic fertilizer Biohumus "Vitahran" using bidynamic technology. Generally, construction of the range of plants in 10 regions of the Western Ukraine is planned. Construction and reaching full capacity (350 thousand tons per year) of a plant in Lviv region are planned at the initial stage of the project ’ s realization (1.5- 2 years). Products that will be produced – biohumus, building filler, polymers, broken glass, scrap metal, waste paper, wood, animal fodder protein, biogas

5. «FINANCIER» Financial justification of the project: Form of cooperation – joint venture, investment credit, another form Sum of investment – 122 135 000,00 Euro Term of investment (credit) – 10 years Goals of investment implementation: 1.Construction of a plant; 2.Construction of five logistic stations; 3.Purchase of equipment; 4.Purchase of vehicles; 5.Working capital. Capacity – 350 thousands tons. Expected average rate of return - 27,4% Internal rate of return – 37,6% Payback time – 6 years;

6. «FINANCIER» Achieved stages of the project: 1.Previous coordination and urban study; 2.The choice of land and land acquisition project, long-term lease agreement; 3.12 hectares of the land are ready for construction of the plant; 4.Project of preparation of the site; 5.Previous agreements with local authorities; 6.All certificates, licenses and permits are available
