2. Who Am I? I am a wife. My husband and I have been married for 20 years. I am a mother of five wonderful children. I am a daughter, sister, and friend. My Family and I

3. Professional Background I currently teach four year old pre-school at a private childcare center, where I have taught for the past ten years. I also drive the bus and help cook. Our motto is: We love kids Before this position, I spent eight years in a private childcare center in GA. Where I was a teacher's assistant for four year old pre-school classrooms. I love working with this age group and feel I have been called to teach.

4. My Interest.... My interests include, however are not limited to: Spending time with my family, swimming, bowling, fishing, reading, working out, movies, and trips to the North Carolina and Georgia mountains.

5. My school experience as a child!! Growing up, I had the best of both worlds. I started out in the public school system. My freshman year of high school, I had the most amazing English teacher. She took the time to teach me the correct way to write papers. She is also the one who taught me the difference in adverbs and adjectives. My sophmore year of high school, I made the change to a private, christian school where I went on to graduate.

6. My future goal!! I am working on my master's degree for several reasons. No matter where I end up on the career path of life, this degree will help make me a better teacher. I love teaching where I am currently teaching. Long term, I would love to teach in the child development center at the University of South Carolina. ( Upstate )

7. My beliefs about education!! Florence Nightingale once said: “ This bright, new day, complete with twenty-four hours of opportunities, choices, and attitudes comes with a perfectly matched set of 1440 minutes. This unique gift, this one day, can not be exchanged, replaced, or refunded. Handle with care. Make the most of it. There is only one to a customer!
