We work only with the best, therefore our teachers and trainers are experts in their fields, for whom teaching is both passion and profession. All trainers possess proper methodical qualifications and skills, which they continuously master through internal training system, self-development and constructive cooperation. Methodical supervision i.e. regular monitoring of training and assistance of the Academic Coordinator in preparation and execution of training programmes guarantee effectiveness of a trainer’s work and the highest quality of teaching.

Advanced APS  We analyze language needs and requirements of our Client  We set goals of the training together with the Client  We assess the participants` language competences  We analyze our participants` personality, learning styles and and type of intelligence (e.g. spatial, musical, interpersonal, etc.)  We prepare training programmes and the way of its execution (according to the results of a language test, our Client’s needs and personality ) in close cooperation with the Academic Coordinator  We select training materials  We monitor language progress through regular tests  We guarantee constant methodical supervision, personal or e-mail contact with trainers, the Academic Coordinator as well as administrative staff  At the end of a course each participant is obliged to sit a written and oral exam. Together with our Client we analyse its results and the overall course.

8. e-Spartan Since training is a sort of investment in staff development we devised our own on-line CRM tool. It allows our Clients to supervise progress, monitor attendance, generate reports or test scores instantanously, at any time and from everywhere.
