3. Register to Vote! Registering to vote gives citizens with developmental disabilities the power to: ★ Choose who represents them. ★ Voice their opinions. ★ Be fairly represented.

4. Who Can Register? ★ You can register to vote if you are … ★ A citizen of the United States. ★ A Florida resident. ★ Age 16 or older. ★ You can pre-register on or after your 16 th birthday, but you will not be able to vote in any election until age 18.
