BOUSTEADPROJECTS Background In the past, although approved safety auditing organisations are required to adhere to an established audit protocol, the checklist in the conduct of a safety audit differs across audit organisations. Hence, the scoring system to grade the performance of the implementation of SHMS will also be different.

6. BOUSTEADPROJECTS Lack of a standardised checklist and scoring system pose a great challenge when differentiating worksites in terms of effectiveness and implementation of SHMS. In 2006, a WG2 of WSH Construction Advisory Sub-Committee was formed and MOM came up with ConSASS. Background (cont’d)

Combines questionnaires of CP 79, SS 506 and UAI from Band 1 to Band 4.
