6 Confucius works(legacy)
It was whilst he was teaching in his school that Confucius started to write. Two collections of poetry were the Book of Odes and the Book of Documents. The Spring and Autumn Annals, which told the history of Lu, and the Book of Changes was a collection of treatises on divination. The Analects of Confucius is an anthology of brief passages that present the words of Confucius and his disciples, describe Confucius as a man, and recount some of the events of his life. The Analects includes twenty books, each generally featuring a series of chapters that encompass quotes from Confucius, which were compiled by his disciples after his death Confucianism. (n.d.). 7 Confucius impact on society
Confucianism brought a stability into a country, which had been affected, in many ways from previous changeovers in dynasties.  He enforced through his philosophy, and turned Ancient China into a structured society. This structured society was based on work effort given by the social class. Every people have they own place, but as in Confucius teachings no one can’t humiliate another according his status or class. 8 Impact on education Confucius made another impact on society by creating a school. The school educated young boys in the way of Confucianism and also taught them Calligraphy so many of the boys went on to becoming scholars. A form of public education system was established later in Han dynasty. Not only elites from upper classes can go to the schools, also people from lower classes can get good education Confucius had three thousand disciples and hence summarized many effective educational methods that are using nowadays too.

9 Education nowadays Confucius definitely played huge role on education of China people. It’s no secret that Chinese (and other Asian) students put in more hours in classroom study those there Western counterparts. In comparing of United States education in China much better and spreading faster As Confucius said “Education is the key to advancement in society” therefore China now is well developed country with advanced society

11 Impact on culture On a related subject, Chinese culture has always had a heavy emphasis on the family. In a Confucian society, one shows a great deal of “filial piety” or devotion and obedience one must show to parents, but over time, it was extended to ancestors, giving rise to ancestor worship. Moreover Confucius teaches people to follow traditions, rituals, so they will focus in values. This tradition help people to be more careful, tolerant and I think Confucius is right every generation should know their family traditions and customs. It affect in their worldview, people start to focus on family values

12 Impact on people lives The beliefs of Confucianism made woman subordinate throughout the religion. This re-affirmed the claim that woman were not as powerful or wise as men, so why in our world an equality among women and me. 13 Legacy Following his death in 479 BCE, Confucius was buried in his family’s tomb in Qufu and, over the following centuries, his stature grew so that he became the subject of worship in schools during the Han Dynasty and temples were established in his name at all administrative capitals during the Tang Dynasty. Throughout the imperial period an extensive knowledge of the fundamental texts of Confucianism was a necessity in order to pass the civil service selection examinations. Educated people often had a tablet of Confucius’ writings prominently displayed in their houses and statues, most often seated and dressed in imperial costume to symbolize his status as ‘the king without a throne’. 14 Reflection What kind of IB student profiles has spiritual leader and philosopher Confucius? If Confucianism will doesn’t exist our world change or not? How explain.

15 Conclusion In conclusion I would like to say that Confucius teachings and philosophy Confucianism have significant impact for all people and big legacy. Confucianism influence for education, therefore in many developed countries people are smart and well educated. Confucius teachings influence for China society, they created stabilized and developed society. Also Confucianism have an affect on culture and ideology of China people, they start worship ancestors, respect family and live in harmony with nature. Moreover big legacy attract many people, therefore many followers of Confucianism across the world. I think Confucianism affect not only on China, but also for whole world. If all countries will start follow Confucius tips, advices and teachings we definitely will start develop faster, so because every person should now this great leader philosopher Confucius and teachings of Confucianism.
