4. 4 significant SEN changes, in Norfolk and Nationally… Following last years ‘Big Conversation’ and Full Council this February: –100% delegation of SEN funding to schools Total of £30million of School Specific Allocation (SSA) & Pupil Specific Funding (PSF) Total ‘pot’ from the overall DSG pays for School Action, School Action Plus and Statements of SEN The PSF element, approx. £16million, is the subject of current Fair Funding Consultation: –Options 1 & 2, all SEN Funding via individual school budgets –Option 3, proportion of the SEN funding via school clusters –Option 4, the DSG to cover the £1.9million NCC funding reduction
