17 Sarah Good Day/ Bad Day Good DayBad Day Have a good nights sleep – 7 hours There are people at work when I arrive and I have a cup of tea and a chat first thing. I catch up with my emails and the computer, photocopier and phone system works. Get some positive feedback about something that has happened to an individual I have worked with Someone offers to go and fetch me my lunch Get to see Mike to plan some joint work. Nicholas wakes at 2 and 4 and I have to take him to nursery. Am rushing all morning and forget to take my diary, ID or mobile phone out with me. Someone phones me at the last minute for my opinion on something they need today. Have no time to prepare for what I am doing the following week and feel like I am winging it. Feel like I am giving up my time and people are not listing Only add things to my to do list
