9. Main Attraction of Romania. Bucharest, in Southern Romania, is the capital city. Its most iconic structure is the massive, Palatul Parlamentuli govenment building. It has 1,100 rooms. The Palace of the Parliament is the seat of the Parliament in Romania. Located on Dealul Arsenalului in central Bucharest, it is the second largest administrative building in the world. It has twelve floors. It first opened in 1997 and it cost 3 billion euro.
