 Controlled Chaos is a consulting and organizational firm geared towards helping the individual.  Our aim is to help families and individuals organize their homes, offices and lives in such a way that allows more time for family, friends, and a higher level of enjoyment of life and less time worrying about all the disorganization in their lives.

 In order for a business to be considered technology feasible they must provide necessary expertise, infrastructure as well as capital.  Expertise: Four owners of Controlled Chaos will have MBA by end of current year.  Infrastructure: Controlled Chaos has identified as well as illustrated strategic structure.  Capital: Low capital needed.

 When an organization is technologically feasible, it helps determine their likelihood of success.  Controlled Chaos has low startup costs with a high return on investment. This in combinations with a great marketing strategy will ensure the organizations ability to see success.

 There are five key stages in an organizations development; Development, Start up, Growth, Expansion, and Maturity.  It can be argued that Controlled Chaos is currently finishing the development stage and entering the start up stage of development. This is because the organization has a clear defined plan, but has yet to put it into action

 Each of the firms managing owners brings a unique competitive edge to the organization. This is due to each of the members background and experience being very specialized in a range of industries.  Controlled Chaos has the ability to accommodate any organizations needs in a wide range of industries because its members have experience in many fields as well the education to back it.  With Controlled Chaos you’re not just getting a generic business plan, but rather a plan manifested by four individuals with different types of backgrounds and experiences. Backgrounds varying in gender, religion, marital status, professional industry, as well as many other categories.

 Like with any organization, Controlled Chaos can potentially experience some service liabilities; most common in the industry being lawsuits for inaccurate assessments, and lack of demand.  Both of these liabilities can prove to be a problem for the firm. However, a great solution for both is general liability insurance. This type of insurance is offered through many different carriers.

 Our services are designed to help ease the stress of day-to-day life. We will provide organizational assistance for people and their homes and lives.  By understanding the details of individuals chaotic lives, our organization will apply our expertise in order to manifest structured strategies that will offer assistance for those in need allowing for a feeling of “control over their chaos”.
