Bullet Hole in Windshield? Bent Crome?

1:00 P.M. JFK is pronounced dead of a gunshot wound to the head

All of the doctors at Parkland Hospital thought that the throat wound was a wound of entry and not one of exit.

Exhibit 399 The bullet is designed not to explode. It is designed to pass through the body. It could not have caused the damage to the President’s head

The proceedings began on December 3, 1963. During its investigation the Commission heard from 552 witnesses and ten Federal agencies. The hearings were closed to the public unless the person giving testimony requested otherwise; only two witnesses made that request. The Commission submitted its final report on September 24, 1964, concluding that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone.

Who was responsible? Who was mad at JFK? Integration—Equal Rights Raising Oil Tax Opposed Monopolies Test Ban Treaty w/ USSR Refused to support an attack on Cuba Fired CIA director and 2 deputies after Bay of Pigs Threatened to dismantle the CIA Withdrawal of advisors from Vietnam Aggressive assault on organized crime Plan to drop LBJ from the ticket Retire FBI director J. Edgar Hoover after 64 Looking unbeatable in 1964

Who could have done it? CIA Mob Hit Military Oil Men KGB (USSR) Cubans LBJ His wife Coup D etat

Secret Service Involvement No military presence in Dallas Man hole covers Windows No Snipers All buildings in Dealy Plaza were Gov’t type buildings No Secret Service on the Limo Greer Slows down Against SS protocol on turn Route Greer washes car Evidence compromised Car stripped down to bare metal immediately LBJ never used the car Bubble put on the car

What do I believe? There were at least 3 shooters One in the Texas School Book Depository One in the Dal-Tex Building One in the Grassy Knoll Oswald was only a fringe player It was a Coup D etat—Secret Service, CIA, LBJ, FBI, and Mafia

What are they worried About? John Kennedy would be re-elected in 64 Bobby Kennedy from 68-76 Edward Kennedy for 8 years after that!

House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) “On the basis of disputed acoustical evidence which it never adequately explored—it concluded that a fourth shot had been fired from the “Grassy knoll”.  1979 reinvestigation of the assassination
