1 Pathological lymph nodes:
Node with diffuse cortical thickening and hilar very thin, the fine-needle aspiration nonspecific reactive lymphadenitis determined and sentinel node biopsy was negative for malignant cells. Node with eccentric cortical thickening and central hilum preserved, the fine-needle aspiration biopsy and lymphadenectomy were positive for tumor cells. 1

2 Pathological lymph nodes:
3 nodes are identified rounded morphology with no central hilum. Node with focal cortical thickening. In both the fine-needle aspiration biopsy and lymphadenectomy were positive for malignancy. Very enlarged lymph node, with loss of central hilar. Fine needle aspiration and lymphadenectomy were positive for tumor cells

3 Pathological lymph nodes:
Very enlarged lymph node, with loss of central hilar and alteration of color Doppler pattern showing central and cortical flow. Fine needle aspiration and lymphadenectomy were positive for tumor cells Very enlarged lymph node, with loss of central hilar and motley morphology. Fine-needle aspiration biopsy and lymphadenectomy were positive for tumor cells.
